For size exchanges, you may return and exchange most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please drop us an email at exchange@sidersonline.com with your request. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

In the event of a return due to damage or defect, you'll either get an exchange or a refund within four weeks of returning your package to the us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
